Will Rosten (MNAEA)

Will Rosten (MNAEA) is a Partner at Orchard by Bridges and is responsible for the day to day running of the newly extended and renovated flagship Camberley office which he opened in 2008. Having been an agent in Camberley and the surrounding area since 2001, Will is extremely passionate about his local patch having grown up in Camberley, he now lives there with his wife and two children attending local schools. Away from the office Will spends his time trying to entertain his two young daughters, experimenting (with some interesting results) in the kitchen, and catching the odd round of golf.

Sales Manager

David Ramon (MNAEA)

David Ramon (MNAEA) is the Sales Manager at Orchard by Bridges in Camberley, with many responsibilities from the day to day running of the Branch as well as carrying out market appraisals, he is truly passionate about his job. Having worked in the property industry since May 1998, he has a strong customer service focus, helping his clients through the sometimes stressful moving process all the way from the start until the day he hands the keys over on completion. “There is nothing I find more rewarding that seeing a client move in to their new home in the knowledge that I was able to assist them in their journey”. When he is not working, he likes to spend time with his family, going for walks in the countryside and frequenting the gym.

Daniel Findlay

Daniel is a Client Manager working in our Camberley office.  Daniel thrives on helping people on their journey from buying or selling a home or looking to invest in property.

No two days in the office are ever the same for him and he enjoys meeting new people every day and helping them meaning no day ever feels like work.

Outside of work Daniel  enjoy various sports and enjoys spending time with his family and visiting new places.

Sales Negotiator

Jasmine Robinson

Jasmine Robinson is a Sales Negotiator based in our Camberley office after working as a Saturday assistant for a few weeks. Living in the local area her whole life, Jaz gets a buzz out of helping clients with a smile on her face. Outside of work Jaz fills her time being a sociable girl who loves spending time with friends and family as well as loving football, supporting Liverpool FC.

Senior Manager

Jason Jones (MARLA)

Jason Jones (MARLA) is our Senior Lettings Manager for the Bridges and Orchard Group and is ultimately responsible for running our front-end lettings teams. Jason joined Bridges in 2013 as a Letting Negotiator, with no previous experience in agency but a drive to succeed. He has proven himself as the consummate salesman, by setting new records for instructions and lets agreed year after year, his figures are both impressive and formidable to his colleagues. Jason is that rare breed that can write business as well as leading his teams, planning, and strategising our business growth.  Nothing is too much trouble for Jason, you are truly in the safest of hands.

Lettings Manager

Mitch Pither

Mitch Pither is the lettings Manager of our Camberley lettings office. Having worked in the property industry for some time he has gained vast knowledge of the local areas as well as a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service tailored to his client’s needs. Mitch started his Bridges career in May 2021 and loves building long lasting relationships with his landlords. Outside of the working day Mitch can be found spending time with his young son and watching his beloved Liverpool FC.

Lettings Negotiator

Daniel Dwyer

Daniel Dwyer is a Lettings Negotiator based out of the Camberley office. This is his first role in estate agency, previously working in investments and telesales for the last 3 years. Estate agency is always something he’s been interested in and now is the best time for him to get involved and shine within the Bridges. He always strives to be the best at what he does through hard work, commitment, and consistency. Outside of work Daniel enjoys nothing more than watching his beloved Arsenal and playing football.

Lettings Negotiator

Rachel O’Brien

Rachel O’Brien is a Lettings Negotiator and has been a valued member of the team having dealt with many of our long-standing clients since 2017. She is extremely proactive in finding tenants their perfect property and will always go above and beyond to make sure their lettings experience is as easy as possible.  Always focused on the client first and foremost and always happy to help. Outside of work Rachel enjoys her time with her family and friends.

Ed Gilbert (MARLA)

Ed Gilbert (MARLA) looks after property marketing for the lettings team and is ultimately responsible for ensuring Bridges get exceptional results as our resident David Bailey. From behind the lens, he will make every property look its best and will most often be found perfecting one of our property adverts.  Ed is a man of many talents, a divergent thinker and tech whiz; always able to help solve problems. Outside of property he is devoted to his family, living in Camberley with his wife and two children.

Assistant Manager of Property Management

Candice Jones (MARLA)

Candice Jones (MARLA) is an Assistant Manager of Property Management who has been with Bridges since August 2020. Candice is responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, efficiently dealing with landlord and tenant queries alike and looking after our customers to the highest possible standards. Alongside this, working with the property management team to ensure that the growth and development of Bridges continues and striving to be the best independent agent. Candice has a competitive flair and when not working, she will be playing sport or keeping fit as she has done from a young age.

Michelle Roberts

Michelle Roberts is a Property Manager based in our Aldershot office. Although Michelle’s professional background is in IT, she made the move into Property Management in 2021 and has thrived ever since. She enjoys problem solving and providing the best customer experience possible for her Landlords and Tenants. Outside of work Michelle spends her time roller skating and exploring the countryside in a camper van.

Senior Move Coordinator

Keah Willis (MARLA)

Keah Willis (MARLA) is a Senior Move Coordinator in the lettings team and has been working for Bridges since 2018 but has been in the property market for many years. Keah deals with reporting and auditing as well moving tenants into their new home. She loves the motivation within lettings, and it drives her to give the best service possible. Keah lives in the local area and enjoys dog walks at Caesars Camp and sitting on the sofa watching a film.

Office Coordinator

Charley Wood

Charley Wood is an Office Coordinator and has worked for the group since May 2021. Along with the rest of the admin team she is responsible for the smooth running of our company’s offices at the highest level. She is a very driven individual, strives to do her upmost for the business and is always happy to help. Charley spends her time outside of work with her partner and their families enjoying various foods and exploring her passion for photography.

Group Managing Director

James Baldry (MNAEA)

James Baldry (MNAEA) is Group Managing Director who is ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the group’s sales. A man of many talents, he is also the creator of many of our much-anticipated marketing campaigns and can often be found frantically scribbling these away on a whiteboard.  Working in property since 1994, and with Bridges since 1997, James spends his time away from the office following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur around the country (and Europe when they’re in it) whilst also enjoying time with friends and family in many of Fleet’s watering holes.

Head of Sales

Martin Coombs

Martin Coombs is Head of Sales at Bridges, working tirelessly with the Directors and the branch teams to successfully deliver the Bridges ethos of exceptional results for our clients coupled with the very best in customer service. Having worked in the property industry for many years, he joined Bridges in 2021 wanting to be part of such a dynamic and focused business that also takes the time to involve itself closely with the local communities within which it works. Martin lives locally with his wife and daughters, and spends his free time running and cycling the woods and trails around the Fleet area.

Daniel Pockett (MARLA)

Daniel Pockett (MARLA) is Group Managing Director and is primarily responsible for our lettings and property management business as well as being actively involved in all other departments. With over 30 years in the industry, the majority of which has been spent with Bridges, Daniel enjoys nothing more than working with and developing teams that understand our company ethos and our customer’s needs. As well as enjoying the challenges of his role, Daniel likes to spend as much time as possible with his family and this normally involves his passions of good food, great holidays and plenty of time on the sea.

Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA MARLA)

Carlo Stocchetti (MNAEA, MARLA) joined Bridges in 1993. Bridges is his passion, and he is proud of the group’s reputation for offering high service levels and its role in the local community. He continues to focus on opportunities for the group and its growth. Carlo is married with three children and lives in Fleet. Outside of work he enjoys the mountains and hiking as well as spending time with his family.
