Salary: £46,000 OTE + Exceptional Benefits

As one of the region’s most successful and fast-growing estate agencies, we’re now looking for a Manager of Property Management to take ownership of our team based in Aldershot, covering our fully managed and rent collect portfolio across Surrey, Hampshire, and Berkshire.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and motivating the Property Management team to deliver an exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
  • Holding weekly team meetings, resolving challenges, and keeping everyone focused on key targets.
  • Delegating tasks, monitoring productivity, and providing day-to-day operational leadership.
  • Conducting monthly 1-to-1s with your Assistant Managers – reviewing KPIs, performance, and development plans.
  • Playing a lead role in the recruitment and development of top talent within the department.
  • Working closely with our Lettings, Move-In, and Client Services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and improvements in how we work.
  • Reporting into senior leadership with insight, action plans, and measurable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in property management, ideally with multi-branch or regional oversight.
  • A natural team leader who inspires performance, sets clear standards, and supports professional growth.
  • High levels of accountability and a genuine passion for delivering the best outcomes for clients.
  • Organised, strategic, and able to drive improvements across service delivery and process.
  • ARLA qualified (or willing to qualify quickly with our support).
  • A full UK driving licence.
