Retirement Apartments
Roslin Place
The site for this Retirement Living property is in the centre of Hook, Hampshire. Named the ‘Best Place to Live in the UK’ in Halifax’s Quality of Life Survey from 2011 to 2015, the village received this accolade owing to the wellbeing of its inhabitants, its low crime rates and even its good weather.
The designs are for a fairly small development (with 19 one-bed and 18 two-bed apartments), reflecting the close-knit community feel of the village. At its heart will be a welcoming communal lounge, where homeowners can chit-chat or spend time socialising during events organised by the House Manager, who’ll also oversee the development’s day-to-day running.
