As energy prices rise and the cost of living is a strain for most of the UK, the sustainability of homes is increasingly a priority for buyers, renters and homeowners alike.

All our properties will include an EPC. An EPC is a report drawn up by an accredited domestic energy assessor. They’ll visit the home prior to Bridges marketing to check how much energy it takes to power the property and keep it warm. Energy Performance Certificates provide an indication of a home’s green credentials (those rated A to C are the most energy efficient), we have picked out some of our top performers to help make the hunt for a greener home a little easier:

The Bridges team have eco-friendly heart shaped advertising boards.  As a group, we erect hundreds of sales and rented boards locally every year.  All our marketing boards are made from recycled plastic which once used, can be recycled. Our team are also actively encouraged to walk to appointments where possible instead of driving.
